Join the Community Center for a chance to explore new creative outlets.

Each month we hope to offer classes from empanada cooking to felting and Diddley bow (cigar box guitar) building. The April Creative Try-Outs features Pysanky Egg Decorating with Madison Lescohier.  

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of creating beautiful Pysanky—traditional Ukrainian Easter eggs decorated with intricate, symbolic designs. The process involves drawing with hot wax and layering different colors of dye to create beautiful ornamental works of art that fit in the palm of your hand! Whether you're a beginner or looking to expand your artistic skills, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to try something new this spring. All materials will be provided. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to embrace culture, creativity, and community!
