Community Sound Bath with Sophia Tolbert - Community Sound Bath Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Community Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This unique event begins with 15 minutes of gentle movement to awaken the body and prepare your mind for deep relaxation. Sophia will guide you through flowing movements that promote flexibility and release tension, creating a serene atmosphere for what’s to come.Following this gentle warm-up, we’ll immerse ourselves in a 45-minute sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls will envelop you. As the sound journey concludes, we’ll set aside 10-15 minutes for you to decompress, socialize, and enjoy a comforting cup of tea. This time allows you to reflect on your experience, connect with fellow participants, and ease back into the present moment.Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this Crystal Bowl Sound Bath promises to be a nurturing and restorative experience. Come as you are, and leave feeling centered, balanced, and rejuvenated. 15 minutes of gentle movement to settle on your mat
45 minutes sound bath
10-15 minutes to enjoy a cup of tea, socialize, ask questions, and leave the space
What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Pillow, Blanket, cozy Jacket, Sleeping bag (Anything to make yourself comfortable while laying on the floor for 45+ minutes )
Water bottle
